Celebrating Reading Scores
EUSD is proud to share that all students in our kindergarten and first grade students in Ms. Knight and Ms. Rhodes’ classes are reading at grade level! This outstanding achievement highlights the remarkable progress our students have made throughout the year and reflects the dedication and hard work of our EUSD students, staff, and families. We celebrate the perseverance of our TK students and look forward to their continued growth and success as lifelong learners!
Students Shine in the Talent Show
While Emery High School students showcased their research projects during Civics Night, elementary school students lit up the stage with music, laughter, and creativity at the talent show! The event featured impressive acts including energetic line dancing and stand-up comedy, and the talent on display reflected the diverse skills and passions within our school community. Students dedicated significant time to rehearsing, and their hard work truly shone through in each memorable performance. Congratulations to all the students who participated!
Civics Night Success
Civics Night was held on Thursday, June 5, 2025. Seniors presented their research project findings to an audience that included community members, elected officials, parents, and peers. The projects examined critical community issues through a social justice perspective. This experience provided students with a valuable opportunity to develop their skills in research, public speaking, and civic engagement. All students demonstrated leadership, empathy, and a strong commitment to justice, leaving a lasting and positive impact on their community.
5th Grade Students Assemble 3D Printer with EUSD Librarian Ms. Turner
In an exciting hands-on learning experience, 5th grade students recently helped assemble a 3D printer! The 3D printer is a popular tool at EUSD. Students enjoy building a variety of unique projects with the printer throughout the school year, which is why this was a special opportunity for students to dive into the world of technology and engineering and develop important problem-solving and teamwork skills. By the end of the project, students had gained valuable hands-on knowledge and a sense of accomplishment, having contributed to assembling a tool they can use in future projects.
We look forward to seeing the amazing things students will create with their newly assembled 3D printer! Special thank you to our Librarian Ms. Turner for providing this unique experience for our students!
Budget and LCAP Up for Approval at June 25 School Board Meeting
EUSD is preparing to finalize its budget and Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) for the upcoming school year. Both items are scheduled for approval at the upcoming School Board meeting on Tuesday, June 25, 2025.

These plans reflect input gathered from students, families, staff, and community members throughout the year.
Families and community members are encouraged to attend the meeting to stay informed and engaged in the decision-making process. Your voice and presence help strengthen our shared commitment to supporting every student.
