Our end‑of‑year celebration will be a summery community picnic — and we’d love your help setting the table. Help us by bringing a dish, supplies, donate, or help set up the picnic on Friday June 12. We still need 3 more volunteers to make the party run. It's go time folks, please show up for your student and sign up for a memorable (and yes, late‑night) volunteer shift.

Every senior should have the opportunity to participate in their grad night party, and we have a limited number of scholarship tickets available. Please contact ptsainglemoor@gmail.com if you would like financial assistance with a grad party ticket.

We need to collect information from you BEFORE the party.

1. Please complete and sign the Senior Release form. Students under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian's signature.
2. If needed, complete and sign the Emergency Care Plan. (For students with life-threatening conditions.) Students under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian's signature.
3. Upload the signed form(s) to our Grad Night portal.
4. On the Grad Night portal, you will be asked to select a bus - red, white, or blue - so be sure to coordinate your bus color with your friends.
