Warren School Summer Update

Dear Warren Families,

I hope you are enjoying a wonderful summer! As we get closer to the start of the 2026–2027 school year, I wanted to share a few important updates about classroom assignments, PowerSchool, and upcoming communication from your child’s teacher.

PowerSchool & Classroom Assignments

As I shared at the end of the school year, we will no longer be sending home hard-copy placement letters and teacher welcome letters. Beginning this year, this information will be shared electronically.

Ashland Public Schools has transitioned to PowerSchool, our new student information system. Our district team has been working hard throughout the summer to prepare the system for families. Next week, families will receive their PowerSchool credentials via email. Once you log in, you will be able to view your child’s classroom teacher assignment for the 2026–2027 school year.

Welcome Emails & School Supply Lists

By the middle of next week, classroom teachers will begin sending welcome emails to their new families. These emails will introduce your child’s teacher and include a school supply list with the materials your child will need for the upcoming school year.

Please make sure your email address is correct in PowerSchool so that you receive this communication.

Kindergarten Popsicle Playdate: Thursday, August 20

We are excited to welcome our newest Clockers! Our Kindergarten Popsicle Playdate will be held:

Warren School Playground

This is a fun and informal opportunity for our incoming kindergarten students and families to visit the Warren School playground, connect with other kindergarten families, and enjoy a popsicle together before the start of school.

We appreciate your patience as we complete our transition to PowerSchool and prepare for another great school year. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone back to Warren very soon.
