This Week at PHS!
Dear Pearsall High School Families,
We are entering the final two weeks of the second six weeks! As we approach the end of this grading period, we want to encourage our students to stay focused, give their best effort, and finish strong. These final days are an important opportunity for students to demonstrate their learning, complete assignments, and make progress toward their academic goals.
Thank you for your continued support and partnership. Together, we can help our Mavericks finish the grading period successfully!
📚 ACADEMICS: STAY FOCUSED!
With only two weeks remaining, it is important for students to stay on top of their coursework and communicate with their teachers about any missing assignments or opportunities to improve their grades. Every assignment, every class, and every day counts!
Parents, please help your student finish strong by:
Checking grades and missing assignments regularly.
Encouraging students to complete and submit all assignments on time.
Reminding students to prepare for upcoming tests, quizzes, and projects.
Encouraging them to ask teachers for help when needed.
⏰ ATTENDANCE MATTERS!
Regular attendance is essential to student success. Missing school means missing valuable instruction, classroom discussions, and opportunities to learn.
Please help us ensure that your student:
Arrives at school on time each day.
Attends all classes throughout the school day.
Avoids unnecessary absences and early checkouts.
Let's work together to make every school day count!
🤝 PARENT PARTNERSHIP
Your involvement makes a difference! During these last two weeks, please take a few minutes to talk with your student about their academic progress, upcoming assignments, and goals for the end of the grading period.
A simple conversation and a reminder to stay focused can make a big difference in helping students finish successfully.
💚 THE MAVERICK WAY💚
At Pearsall High School, we encourage our students to demonstrate responsibility, respect, and perseverance in everything they do. As we approach the end of the second six weeks, let's continue to support one another, maintain high expectations, and celebrate the progress our students are making.
Thank you for your continued support of Pearsall High School. We appreciate our Maverick families and look forward to seeing our students finish the second six weeks on a positive note!
💚Once a Maverick, Always a Maverick! 💚
