Dear St. Luke Families,

As we move through another week together at St. Luke Catholic School, I am reminded of the many blessings that make our school community such a special place. Each day brings opportunities to learn, grow in faith, build meaningful relationships, and recognize the gifts that God has placed within each of us.

In our Catholic school community, we are called to see Christ in one another through our words, actions, and everyday interactions. Whether it is a student offering a helping hand, a teacher providing encouragement, or a family giving their time to support our school, these seemingly small moments are powerful reminders of God’s love at work in our community.

I encourage our students to continue living out our school’s character initiative by being intentional in showing kindness, respect, responsibility, and gratitude. These virtues are not simply words we learn about; they are choices we make every day. When we recognize and celebrate these qualities in one another, we help build a community where everyone feels valued, welcomed, and loved.

As we look ahead to another busy week of learning, faith formation, and school activities, I want to extend my sincere gratitude to our staff and families for the many ways you contribute to the life of St. Luke. Our school is strongest when we work together, guided by our shared commitment to nurturing the whole child—mind, body, and spirit.

May we continue to be people who notice the good, celebrate one another’s gifts, and find opportunities to be the hands and feet of Jesus in our daily lives.

The St. Luke Parent Council is excited to have the hot lunch program back again this year! The hot lunch program will run each Thursday, starting September 10th.

All orders and payments will be facilitated on our hot lunch site: https://stlukeschool.hotlunches.net.

Important Dates:

Hot Lunch Open for Orders: Friday, August 28th

Hot Lunch Order Deadline: Cut-off is Each Sunday by 8:00pm

First Hot Lunch Date: Thursday, September 10th

HOT LUNCH ORDERING

As we get ready for another exciting year at school, it is also time to get the Hot Lunch Program up and running. We will be doing online ordering for all orders to ensure accuracy with the orders and to make the process as easy for everyone as possible. All students, new and returning will need to register for the 2026-2027 year.

Hot Lunches will arrive at the school each Thursday for those students who have pre-ordered and paid. The first session is open for orders and will run from Thursday, September 10th through November 26th. Ordering will remain open throughout the school year, but the cutoff for each week is Sunday.

The first hot lunch will run on Thursday, September 10th. Order cut off is Sunday, September 6th, 8:00pm.

Here's how to get started...

ü Go to stlukeschool.hotlunches.net

ü Click on "Click Here to Register"

ü Enter Access Code stluke (all lowercase)

ü Complete the rest of the registration form. (Including your email address will ensure you receive reminder emails about hot lunch order deadlines, and your child's hot lunch order for the upcoming week)

ü Click the "Register Now" button at the bottom

ü Follow the instructions to add each child in your family who attends St. Luke Once your child(ren) are registered, click on "Orders"

ü Proceed to order hot lunch for your child(ren)
