As a parent/guardian, you can help with attendance by:

• Making appointments outside of the school day, whenever possible.

• Ensuring that any time your child must be absent, you communicate with and send a note to our attendance office within 48 hours of the student’s return to school.

Ways to contact the Attendance Office at WPE:

• Complete the WPE Online Absence Form -OR-

• Email the WPE Attendance Clerk at flor.aguilar@humbleisd.net (you may include a photo of a dated healthcare note in your email) within 48 hours of the student’s return to school -OR-

• Send in a paper note with your student to drop off at the attendance office within 48 hours of the student’s return to school -OR-

• Call WPE at 281-641-2500

Our data shows that while we are making progress, we have work to do to ensure that we meet our goal.

The end of the 24-25 school year is approaching and we are gearing up for the 25-26 school year. To assist with this process, we are asking that you complete and submit a separate copy of this form for each of your students by Tuesday, May 27. If you do not receive your form, your child will not be placed in a class for the upcoming year.

2025 Humble Wildcats Boys Summer Basketball Camp

Location: Humble Middle School

Times & Age Groups: 8:00-11:00am (Grades 3-5); 12:00-3:00pm (Grades 6-8); 3:00-4:30pm (Rising Freshmen)

Session 1 6th-9th (8:30am-11:00am)

Session 2 K-5th 5:30pm-7:30pm

I need your help! Please remind students to find and return their library books. We have close to 200 books still checked out of the library which equals to about $3,000-$4,000 to replace. Books are due by Friday, May 23rd. If your student can't find their book, then you can buy a replacement copy of their book or pay for it on RevTrak at https://tinyurl.com/ysk67vec.
