As always our Instructional Technology Team is here to serve you.

SISD will host the 6th Annual Academic Technology Showcase on February 23rd from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Technology Service Center and District Service Center.

Projects in various categories will be displayed throughout the DSC. Students will demonstrate how they have applied classroom learning through a variety of technology products.

All SISD students are encouraged to participate. Elementary campuses are encouraged to submit two projects from different categories and grade levels. Secondary campuses are highly encouraged to submit three projects from different categories and grade levels.

Valentine's Day is celebrated on February 14th! In this holiday lesson, students learn about the origins of Valentine's Day and how it is celebrated in the United States. They also learn about Valentine's Day symbols.

Lessons available in Nearpod from K-5 with appropriate scaffolding.

Join Nearpod’s training to learn how to leverage Nearpod's powerful activities to simulate STAAR question types. You can continually prepare students during every lesson you teach with Nearpod!
