Campus Clubs

La Vernia Intermediate offers several before school and after school clubs. Students have received information during campus announcements regarding signing up for clubs, where to find applications, and reminders to turn in applications. More clubs/UIL information will come out as it becomes available. We appreciate our teachers and staff volunteering their time to enrich our students!

Fifth Grade Fantastic!

Mrs. Schock's science classes learned about changing states of matter all while making ice cream!

Students in Mrs. Boruff class worked together and tried to build a catapult with limited supplies. After struggling for a while, Mrs. Boruff gave them an article with instructions. Students had a lot of fun discovering the power of reading.

-Positive Office Referrals

-Recess

Mrs. Collinsworth and Mrs. Rodriguez’s classes enjoying library time and sorting numbers by place value.

Don't Throw Away Your Car Tags!

Please don't discard your CarRider Pro car tag! Your family tag will work next year for returning students or incoming third graders with siblings already attending LV Intermediate.

If you lose your initial family tag issued in 2022-2023, you will need to purchase an additional tag for $5 for the 2023-2024 school year.

Incoming third graders with no siblings at the Intermediate and "new to LV" students will receive their first car tag at no charge.

We also encourage you to join our campus Facebook page (La Vernia Intermediate School and La Vernia Intermediate PTO) and Remind (text @lvinter to 81010) for quick reminders and updates.
