Charleston Wrap is BACK!
ASB stands for Associated Student Body. As a student body, Pioneer’s ASB builds a positive inclusive environment through fun and entertaining activities for the students. To provide the following activities to our student body, it is necessary to raise funds using Charleston Wrap. The money earned through this fundraiser helps make our school events come alive. In Fall 2025, our sales resulted in Pioneer raising approximately $4,000 (Pioneer receives 40% of all sales). This year ASB’s goal is to earn $5,000.
With this fundraiser, ASB purchased the following items for the school: Outdoor sound system and the electronic marquee. This year’s fundraising will go towards bringing cultural events to our school. Last year we bought a new mascot costume and lions to celebrate Chinese New Year.

E-Vehicle Requirements for 26-27
TUSD middle and high school students who ride e-vehicles (e-bike, e-scooter, or e-skateboard) to school are required to attend an E-Vehicle Safety Presentation hosted by our local law enforcement partners.
To ride an e-vehicle to school, students must...
- Attend a TUSD safety presentation with a parent/guardian. Student must sign-in at the end of the presentation.
- Complete and turn in an E-Vehicle Permit Agreement to the front office (click HERE to access or pick up at Registration).
- Pay $5 cash or check made out to "Pioneer PTO" to purchase a permit sticker that should be adhered to their e-vehicle.
Campus Supervisors will complete random checks of our bike racks to ensure all e-vehicles have a permit sticker. If you have any questions regarding e-vehicles, please contact Stephanie Narez in our front office for support.

Dropoff/Pickup Instructions
Thank you for your patience with traffic as the dust settles for the first few weeks of school. As a reminder, students cannot be dropped off in the cul-de-sac and we cannot block the neighborhood gate. Please plan on pulling into our parking lot if driving the cul-de-sac route.
Thank you for your patience as our Wildcat families learn the pick-up and drop-off procedures. Please review the updated and detailed map below for clarity. Here are a few quick reminders:
- We highly encourage students to walk or ride their bike/scooter to ease our traffic flow. All students must walk their bike/scooter up and down our campus sidewalk. This is for the safety of all students.
- Please pull all the way forward before dropping off or picking up your child. Pulling all the way forward helps keep our car line moving and gets more families into our lot. Only stop to drop off near the front office if traffic is stopped and you can't pull forward.
- Do NOT drop off in the cul-de-sac at the end of Pioneer Rd. This creates an unsafe path for students when they try to cross where cars are entering campus. If using the cul-de-sac, you must pull into the right lane of the parking lot. Tustin PD will be present at times to issue warnings and potentially tickets for dropping off/picking up in the cul-de-sac. In addition, we have received numerous complaints from home owners in the Tustin Ranch Estates @ the top of Pioneer road regarding cars blocking their entryway to the neighborhood. Please be mindful to obey CA traffic laws and do not block the neighborhood entry/exit.
- Please slow down in our parking lot and on Pioneer Rd. Safety is our priority. Be on the lookout for students crossing at our 3 crosswalks.
- If you drop-off/pick-up on the inner lane by the upper staff lot, please have your child exit on the left side of the vehicle. They should use the meridian and walk to the upper cross walk to enter campus. Do NOT let students cross near our upper gate through lanes of traffic. It is not safe.
- We do have two lanes that go down by our MPR...one lane for dropping off at the curb and one lane for through traffic. When pulling away from the curb, please make sure to look over your shoulder to ensure it is clear to go/merge.
- Please be patient and respectful with one another, including our staff that are working hard to keep students safe and traffic moving.
- Campus supervision begins at 7:30 each day. Please do not drop off students prior to 7:30 AM.
- It takes all of us to have a safe, orderly, and smooth drop off/pick up. Please remember that you are setting the example for your child.
- Along Pioneer Way and Tustin Ranch Rd. south of Pioneer Way, this is a drop off/pickup zone only (1-3 minutes maximum similar to an airport). Please do not park here.
Friday Spirit Day
Show your school spirit every Friday. Wear your favorite Pioneer spirit shirt to school on Friday. The 1st period with the most people wearing spirit wear will win a prize at the end of the quarter.
