Athletic & Fine Arts Event Updates
- To ensure student safety at Hays, all students who attend campus events as spectators are required to be picked up by 8:00 p.m. or shortly after the event ends, whichever comes first, unless they are attending the event with a parent. Students who are not picked up on time may lose the privilege of attending future events.
- For ANY ticketed athletic or fine arts event, spectators must utilize the Clear Bag policy.
- We encourage everyone to plan ahead and have a card or digital payment method ready before attending events. Cash will no longer be accepted at these activities.
Hays Heritage Yearbook
It's never too early to order your 26-27 yearbook. The memories will begin building next week, and picture days are just around the corner (individual photos: Sept. 15; group photos: Nov. 17)!
π Hays PTO
Weβre officially HALFWAY through our ONE fundraiser of the year, and we have some exciting progress to share!
πWeβve raised $5,065 toward our $15,000 goal!
And weβve already had 25 students earn $10 gift cards for reaching our first fundraising milestone! Weβre so excited to celebrate their hard work, and weβd love to see even more students earn prizes!
Weβre so grateful to everyone who has already donated and helped get us this far. But we still have $9,935 to go, and we need our Hays community to help us finish strong!
Your support will help us:
π¦ Bring Back Hawk Bash β our school-wide welcome-back celebration for ALL students!
π₯€Support our Soda Shop β a life-skills class where students take orders and prepare drinks for staff while building valuable communication, teamwork and job skills!
πSupport Teachers & Students β providing resources and support throughout the year
π€Create Collaborative Seating Areas β giving students more spaces to work, connect, and receive support
πEnhance & Expand the Library β creating an even better space for our students
Whether you can give $10, $25, $50, or more, every donation makes a difference!
Letβs keep the momentum going and reach that $15,000 goal!
ONE fundraiser. ONE big goal. ONE incredible Hays community.
Thank you for supporting Hays Middle School PTO and, most importantly, our students!

BEST PUBLIC SCHOOLS IN TEXAS
Named by HEBβs Excellence in Education Awards as the Best Large District in the State of Texas, Prosper ISD has an established 67-year history that is grounded in the humble roots of a farming community, now soaring to the fastest growing school district in Texas, due in no small part to the pursuit of excellence in the arts, academics and athletics. Our students and staff are routinely recognized on the local, state, and national levels for outstanding achievements, and our teachers are highly qualified experts who bring out the best in every student.
ABOUT PROSPER ISD
Prosper ISD is a school district located north of Dallas in Collin and Denton Counties. The district spans approximately 58 square miles and serves more than 32,000 students in 20 elementary schools, 6 middle schools, 4 high schools, and one early childhood school.
π«Ά THANK YOU TO OUR COMMUNITY FOR SUPPORTING OUR TEACHERS & STUDENTS
In November 2023, an overwhelming majority of voters approved $2.7 billion to continue building excellence in Prosper ISD. Thank you for your continued financial commitment to our district.
And while our facilities are second to none, we know that it is the people who make the difference in Prosper ISD. From our bus drivers to our teachers to our teacher assistants, our staff is here to support students as they pursue their dreams of excellence in academics, fine arts, and athletics.
