The new school year is just around the corner, and the Holy Family HSA has an exciting lineup of events and activities planned to help make this year a memorable one for our entire school community!

These newsletters are sent out monthly and include helpful updates on upcoming events, fundraisers, volunteer opportunities, and more.

🗓️ Join Us for Our Monthly HSA Meetings!
We meet in person at the school on the first Thursday of each month, and we’d love for you to be part of the fun and planning!

Fall Meeting Dates (6:00–7:00 PM):

Come share your ideas, meet other families, and help us make this school year the best one yet!

Kick off the school year with a night of play and popsicles on Wednesday, August 27th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM!

This is a great opportunity for students to meet their classmates before the first day of school. Parents can also connect with one another, get to know members of the Home & School Association (HSA), and discover ways to get involved and make this year a fantastic one for our students.

We hope to see you there!

Join HSA and the School Community on September 6 from 12–4 PM at the school lot for a free family event packed with fun, food, and festivities!

We’re looking for enthusiastic parents to serve as Homeroom Leads for the upcoming school year! If you’re interested, please complete the Google Form here.

🗓️ Applications are due by Thursday, August 28th
✅ All required clearances must be submitted

We’re also seeking a Homeroom Lead Liaison—if you’re interested in this leadership role, please indicate so on the form.

✨ What does a Homeroom Lead Liaison do?

• Serve as the main point of contact between Homeroom Parents, the HSA, and Holy Family Administration
• Share important dates and updates from the HSA with Homeroom Parents
• Coordinate Classroom Basket Theme Sign-Ups for school events (e.g., Together in Faith)
• Distribute volunteer sign-up links for classroom parties and events
• Collect and share volunteer responses with the school
• Communicate questions or concerns from Homeroom Parents to the HSA Board

Once complete, clearances last for 5 years.

• Date: Friday, October 10th (Rain Date: October 17th)
• Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Details: Costumes, candy, and creative car trunks!
• Note: Trunk theme submissions and volunteer signups coming in the September newsletter.

🍂 Linvilla Hayride

• Date: Thursday, October 16th
• Time: 6:00 PM
• Details: Limited to 40 participants – Sign up early! Interested in joining? Please fill out this form.

🎄 Grinch Dinner

• Date: Friday, December 5th
• Time: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Details: A festive evening with a Grinchy twist!
