Welcome Back Letter to FAPA Faculty

Bryce is an educator and artist from the Boston area. He previously worked in Brookline and before that the Andover public school districts as an art teacher and paraprofessional. He has also worked at the MFA, teaching studio art for children and teens as well as many community education programs. In addition to this, he is a published freelance illustrator and cartoonist. He is very excited to start working with everyone this fall!

Spencer is committed to re-energizing our high school music curriculum. He brings a passion for modern music and a lover of inclusion and collective music making. He spent the summer touring in South Africa! Spencer also plays French Horn! He is a native of Washington state and a fan of the Seattle Seahawks. Spencer enjoys full throttle basketball as well.

Originally from New Jersey, Allison Ritter comes to Watertown Public Schools from Nantucket, Massachusetts, and is thrilled to be the new K-5 music teacher at Hosmer Elementary! She has her BM in music education and MM in voice performance. This is Allison's fourth year teaching elementary music, and she is excited to join such a special community and encourage students to be creative and passionate music makers. Allison loves a good beach day, her yellow Jeep Wrangler, singing opera, and playing ukulele. She's ready for a great year of music making!
