Winter is Here!

What a year it has been! We have built so many strong relationships, and we are so grateful for our families and students. Weather permitting (temp above 20*), we will be playing in the snow. All students need full snow gear to play in the snow and a dry change of shoes when they come back in.

We know boots are easy to slip on, but they are not gym friendly.

• Boots can increase the risk of injury
• They often carry dirt and rocks in the soles
• They limit mobility
• Together we can try to keep the floors dry and clean.

To help everyone move safely in the gym, please pack a pair of sneakers if boots are worn to school.

• As many of you noticed in your fall paperwork, we sadly must release our 4th graders from the program. While they are such a big part of your families—and ours—it brings us great joy to watch them soar. It truly does take a village to raise a family.

  Most of these students have been with us since kindergarten, and we have watched them grow while learning so many great things along the way—lessons we hope they will take with them as they move on to middle school. Remember, in 8th grade, you can return to work in the program, something to look forward to!

We will be open for currently enrolled students on this early release day.

• Clough students will enjoy rotations every half hour and playing outside with full winter gear.
• Memorial students will participate in Paint N Party—sounds like fun!

Please remember to pack lunch and plenty of snacks.

We will do our best to accommodate as many families as possible. Enrollment numbers are based on staff availability, as we strive to maintain a low student-to-staff ratio.

We have begun taking applications for February Break Camp.

• Camp hours: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Early drop-off: 7:30 AM (must sign up in advance)
• Late pick-up: until 5:30 PM

If we have enough campers, we will be running 8 weeks of Summer Fun at Clough School. Start date is dependent on the last day of school.
