Introduction
Updates
Hello all!
Here are some short updates from Oasis!
We will be having a Winter Celebration before our Winter break begins - check out the flyer below! We will also be celebrating students with our student awards on Friday. We look forward to spending a positive day celebrating our hard working students.
After break, we are excited to welcome some CMU students back to the building to help mentor our students. More information to come when we kick this program off!
As a reminder about grades:
Students should be working to complete all courses with a grade of 60% or higher by this date. Please be sure to look at your 'course grade' at this time - this grade represents what your grade will be when the course ends.
- Course extensions will be possible for students who do not complete their courses, however, this does mean that students will fall behind on their pace to graduation.
- We offer support in person for students and offer tutoring times of 11-12 and 3-4 for students who need extra support. Please take advantage of this service - we are here to help!
If you or someone you know is in need of a coat, hat, or gloves; have them reach out! We are able to help with that!
Remember: Edmentum will be accessible through Winter Break! If you are behind in courses, you are able to continue working throughout this time if you so choose!
Thank you for your partnership!

Students will be required to login and work for 2 hours a day while at home, at minimum, if they are student who attends 'in person learning'.
For students who are learning via and all virtual format, a recommended 4 hours of work a day is recommended at minimum.
All students will still be assigned a mentor, and will be scheduled for an in person learning schedule. For any students who have been virtual learners, you are always able to come in and meet with staff during your grade level time slot so that you may get in person assistance. Virtual access to teachers through the Edmentum platform is available as well!
