Reading Connections

It's time to beat the winter blues with GAME WEEK! All next week, Feb 12 - 16, the MCHS library will be hosting game week. Teachers can sign their classes up by emailing Mrs. Steinhiser. The calendar link attached will give availability so please check available slots before emailing your request. First come, first serve, so get your classes signed up fast. The slots are for 30 minutes. The following are just some of the activities-

Cornhole, golf, puzzles, board games, hula hooping, bucket toss, Valentine themed games, and activity sheets.

Looking for more Black History Month activities? The National Education Association website (nea.org) offers lessons, readings, and activities for all ages.

If you have a children's book or a YA book that you are "in love with" this February, share the title with your library staff. We are in the process of ordering new books for the upcoming year and would love to hear your suggstions.
