Digital Learning Family Newsletter
October 2025

Hello SFPS Families,
This October, we’re focusing on Tech & Mental Health in honor of Digital Citizenship Week. The theme for Digital Citizenship Week is Digital Well-Being in the AI Era. Just like treats and tricks, technology can sometimes lift us up—or leave us feeling drained. That’s why it’s a great time to help kids notice how tech makes them feel and practice small check-ins around screen time. 🍂🍁
