Student Schedules & Schedule Changes Student Schedules & Schedule Changes

There will be NO schedule changes this fall, consistent with Stafford County Public Schools policy and the information communicated to students and families since March.

May 1 was the deadline to change course requests.

The only exceptions are:

  • A student's schedule is missing a required course for diploma requirements or specialized services.
  • A student did not meet a course prerequisite.
  • A student has previously earned credit for a course.
  • A student is requesting a course-level change.
  • A student is missing a course or a course is listed twice.

Arrival and Dismissal Traffic Procedures Arrival and Dismissal Traffic Procedures

To help keep all of our students, staff, and families safe, please review the four traffic maps before arriving on campus. The maps illustrate the designated traffic patterns for student drivers, car riders, and buses.

  • Red cars indicate the car rider drop-off/pick-up route.
  • Blue cars indicate the student driver route.

Car Riders

All car riders must:

  • Turn onto Spartan Drive from Courthouse Road.
  • Take the first left at Stafford Middle School onto the access road.
  • Follow the access road to the small bus loop at Brooke Point High School for student drop-off and pick-up.

Please do not enter Black-Hawk Drive for car rider drop-off or pick-up. Using the designated route helps ensure the safety of both car riders and student drivers while keeping traffic flowing smoothly.

Student Drivers

Student drivers should:

  • Turn onto Black-Hawk Drive from Courthouse Road.
  • Enter the Student Parking Lot using the third entrance.

Bus Loop

For everyone's safety, no personal vehicles may enter, park, or drive through the main bus loop at any time.

Please refer to these maps for a visual guide to all morning and afternoon traffic patterns.

Thank you for your cooperation and patience as we work together to provide a safe and efficient arrival and dismissal process for all of our students. We look forward to a fantastic school year!
