A Message from Ms. Osmerg A Message from Ms. Osmerg

Dear Jaguar Families,

I’m thrilled to announce that our Abbotts Hill Jaguar Fun Run kicked off on 09/10/2025! This is an amazing opportunity to support our school and help us raise funds for School Beautification, Stock the book vending machine and fund PTA events. Thank you for supporting Abbotts Hill Elementary School and helping us create incredible opportunities for our students. Let’s make this Abbotts Hill Jaguar Fun Run unforgettable!

September is the perfect time to establish consistent morning and bedtime routines that help make school attendance a natural part of your child’s day. Students who begin the year with strong attendance habits are more likely to maintain them throughout the school year.

📚 Did You Know?
Students who miss fewer than 5 days in the first semester are 3 times more likely to stay on track in reading and math!

⏰ Be On Time!
The late bell rings at 7:40 AM. Students should be in their classrooms and ready to learn by that time. Our instructional day begins at 7:40AM. If your child is walking through the front doors of school at 7:40AM, they are missing instruction.

📧 Reporting Absences
If your child is absent, please email stockmank@fultonschools.org and copy your child’s teacher to keep everyone informed.

Let’s work together to build strong routines and make every school day count!

Thank you,

Jill Osmerg

If there is an interruption in benefits or no reapplication is received, the household will be responsible for meal payments until the new application is approved. To ensure uninterrupted benefits, households must complete an online application by September 15, 2025, at www.myschoolapps.com, or submit a paper application to the school cafeteria manager before September 15, 2025.
