Inconvenience

Inconvenience Yourself Day is celebrated on the 4th Wednesday in February & takes place on February 26 this year. It’s a holiday dedicated to putting other people first, & going out of your way to help. Inconveniencing yourself isn’t fun, but practicing self-awareness about how your actions affect people are really important for self-growth. In a world where people are busy & more disconnected from each other, Inconvenience Yourself Day is a fantastic way to shift focus from our own lives to people around us & work to become a little kinder to each other. People usually observe this day by performing random acts of kindness, being patient with others, & being there for someone who might need help.
