We are forming a School Advisory Committee (SAC) to strengthen collaboration between our school and community. This committee will provide valuable input to the principal on school programs, policies, and initiatives, ensuring that the voices of parents, families, and community members are represented in our decision-making process. We invite individuals from all backgrounds—including those connected to Title I, Migrant Education, and Indian Education—to participate. The committee will meet monthly during the school year to share ideas, identify needs, and make recommendations that support our mission of preparing students for college, career, and citizenship. If you’re passionate about education and want to make a meaningful impact, we encourage you to get involved and help shape the future of our school!

VERY IMPORTANT REMINDERS:
Please continue to stay up to date with the Student Activities Handbook for Ongoing Updates:
As part of our annual review of the Activities Handbook, we are implementing several updates for the upcoming year. The most significant changes include adjustments to coaches’ responsibilities and an increase in activity fees for district-sponsored sports.
To address budget constraints and reduce the administrative time and costs associated with collecting travel fees throughout the year, we evaluated multiple fee structure options. Comparisons with other districts indicated that while increasing both activity and travel fees was possible, it would not fully resolve the challenge of ongoing payment collection. The fee adjustment will allow for more sustainable and well-supported programs.
After careful consideration, the activity fee for school-sponsored sports will increase by $125 per sport. Fees will be due within the first 10 days of the season.
At this time:
Middle school and high school class and club activity fees will remain at $25, with travel fees remaining unchanged from current practice.
