Orientation for Students
Dear PMSA Families,
We are excited to welcome students back for the 2026–2027 school year! As we prepare for a successful year ahead, all PMSA students are invited to attend their grade-level Orientation Day. Students will have the opportunity to become familiar with the school, meet staff and classmates, pick up their technology, receive important information, and prepare for the upcoming school year.
Parents are encouraged and welcome to attend with their students!
Want to Get Involved? Become an Orientation Volunteer!
Parents and guardians are invited to support our PMSA community by volunteering during Orientation Days and throughout the school year. Whether you can help welcome families, assist with events, or contribute your time and talents in other ways, we would love to have you involved!

Please note registration must be complete before attending orientation. Students will not receive a schedule if registration is not completed before orientation.

Estimadas familias de PMSA:
¡Estamos encantados de dar la bienvenida a los alumnos para el curso escolar 2026-2027! Mientras nos preparamos para un año lleno de éxitos, invitamos a todos los alumnos de PMSA a asistir a la jornada de orientación correspondiente a su curso. Los alumnos tendrán la oportunidad de familiarizarse con el escuela, conocer al personal y a sus compañeros, recoger sus dispositivos tecnológicos, recibir información importante y prepararse para el próximo curso escolar.

Invitamos a los padres y tutores a apoyar a nuestra comunidad de PMSA colaborando como voluntarios durante las jornadas de orientación y a lo largo del curso escolar. Tanto si puede ayudar a dar la bienvenida a las familias, colaborar en los eventos o aportar su tiempo y sus habilidades de otras formas, ¡nos encantaría contar con usted!

First Day of School August 13th
On Thursday, August 13, Proviso Township High Schools, in partnership with the Proviso Township Minister Alliance Network (P.T.M.A.N.), will welcome students on the first day of school with smiles, encouragement, and positive affirmations.
We’ll be joined by local village leaders, the Maywood Fire and Police Departments, Maywood Public Works, alumni, PLCCA, staff, and other community partners who are coming together to show our students that they have a strong community supporting them every step of the way.
