Weekly Wolverine

On Wednesday night, Mrs. LC and the talented Warren students traveled to the high school to share a truly toe-tapping performance. The students showcased their hard work, enthusiasm, and love of music as they performed a wonderful selection of jazz songs. Their voices filled the room with energy and expression, bringing the rhythm and spirit of jazz to life.

From the first note to the final bow, the audience was captivated by the students’ confidence and stage presence. It was a fantastic evening filled with music, smiles, and school pride, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed Warren’s lively rendition of jazz. We are so proud of our students and thankful to Mrs. LC for the time and dedication she puts into making these performances possible. 🎶👏

Today, Mrs. Konopasek’s class had the opportunity to go on a field trip to Lady's Gourmet Popcorn! The students had a wonderful time learning about how popcorn is made and running a small business.

Not only did they offer a free field trip (students only had to pay the cost of the bus), but they also shared a ton of knowledge, tasty treats, and every student received a free box of popcorn to take home. It was a fun and educational experience for everyone involved.

Next week, Mrs. Bugs’ class will get to enjoy the same exciting trip!

We can’t thank Lady's Gourmet Popcorn enough for welcoming our students and allowing them to take part in such a great experience.

Continuing next week through St. Patrick's Day, a gold coin will be hidden in the playground area at each recess. The lucky student who finds it can bring it to the office to receive a Lucky Ducky!!!
