Principal's Report

Resilience!

Resilience is about how well we’re able to cope, adapt or “bounce back” when we experience hardship or trauma. Resilience also is a quality that we try to foster in all of our students. Resilience is also the name of our annual yearbook. We are so proud of all of our students. Many of them have overcome significant life obstacles to get this far in their high school career. They are learning to manage their emotions, set obtainable goals and work towards their own future. Below is the picture of this year’s edition of Resilience. Alondra, one of our graduating seniors did the artwork for the cover.

Climate & Culture

Clearing the Air

Although there were two days of smoky haze this week, things cleared up enough to allow for some outdoor fun on Friday. Eagle students played basketball and volleyball outside.

A Big Week for Eagle Cafe

Eagle Academy's Wednesday specials have always been popular at the City Hall next door. This week, reuben sandwiches were a hit! EHT's hard-working civil servants ordered more than a dozen sandwich platters, made with love by our own hard-working students and Mrs. McGinnis. These orders help support Eagle Café operations. Thanks!
