Celebrating Our Heritage Family! 馃馃
What a wonderful morning we had at our Heritage Pancake Breakfast! We were so excited to see so many of our students, families, and staff come together. The amazing turnout reminded us just how special our Heritage community is! Because of your support, we look forward to creating more opportunities for our families to come together throughout the year.
We are also incredibly proud of our House Leaders! They have been wearing their Heritage Hawk shirts with pride and stepping up to lead our Friday Flag Salute. We are so proud of these students for embracing their leadership roles, being positive role models, and showing what it means to be a Heritage Hawk!

DATA CONFIRMATION please complete as soon as possible
TITLE: Complete Your Online Data Confirmation Today!
Families, please take a few minutes to complete Online Data Confirmation (ODC). Completing ODC ensures that your child鈥檚 school has current contact information and all required annual forms for the school year.
To complete ODC:
1. Go to the Aeries Parent & Student Portal and log in. If you do not have a log in, please follow the prompts to create an account. If you need assistance with this, please call our school's office.
- Once logged in, if you have not completed the ODC a pink banner will appear across the top of your screen prompting you to complete the process. Follow the prompts and select "Finish and Submit" to finalize the data confirmation.
If you need clarity on the above steps, or would like to see screenshots, please view this document or call our school's office.
Every completed confirmation helps our school stay connected with families and better equips us to support students. Thank you for partnering with us and helping us start the year strong!

Visitors on Campus
Good morning, Heritage,
I wanted to address the concern of visitors on campus. Anyone allowed onto campus is either permitted so through the front office or Bridge staff, after dismissal. No unauthorized individuals are allowed on campus who do not check in with the office. Visitors who will be allowed on campus will check in with the front office and get a visitors pass. If a visitor does not have this pass, please radio the office, and direct them back to the office. Parents allowed onto campus should be here for the purpose of office business or picking up their children from Bridge.
Parents who come onto campus to check out their child from Bridge will not have a visitors pass, because they will be buzzed in by Bridge staff. However, these adults should only be allowed as far as the cafeteria/front office and should not be allowed access to any other area of campus.
