This message is primarily for the the administratiors that became 12 Assistant Principals at the beginning of this school year. Whether you noticed or not, most of you were not compensated for the twelve month pay period which began on July 3, due to Independence Day celebration on July 4th. Twelve month employees are supposed to get paid over 26 weeks, but it looks like you all are currently scheduled for 25 paychecks.

Payroll is working diligently to get the situatiion corrected. However, your individual input is required to complete the process.Payroll needs for all 12 month Assistant Principals that were 11 month employees during the 2024-25 school year to email a signed copy of your 210 Day Calendar for the 2024-25 school year. If you're not able to locate your copy, please reproduce it, get it signed and submit immediately to frieda.waithe@pgcps.org.

If you have questions conerning the matter please don't hesitate to let me know. Otherwise, your patience during this process will be greatly appreciated, but know that everyone negatively impacted will be paid. Do Not Delay In Sending Your Calendar.
