Campus notes
Lower Campus
New Lower Campus Crossing Guard
Welcome Mrs. Toi Elizabeth Hines to GLOBE as our Lower Campus Crossing Guard.
We thank you for your patience and understanding as the school worked to hire for the Lower Campus Crossing Guard position. We are still seeking candidates for two additional Crossing Guards. If you, or someone you know is interested, reach out to Jen Parker at operations@theglobeacademy.net.
New Walker Path option
In partnership with Clairmont Presbyterian Church, we are now able to provide an alternate walking path for morning and afternoon walkers. Enter at the staircase, located at the corner of Clairmont and North Druid Hills road, onto the church property. Follow the signs to the side gate, which will lead to the main walker entrance. Parents must continue to walk their children all the way to and from the walker door.
Facilities and Safety Survey
Thank you to everyone who completed the survey. The updated FAQ document with answers can be viewed here.
From a facilities and safety standpoint, we'd love to hear any questions, feedback, or concerns you may have. Our goal is to compile this information into an FAQ document that highlights both the updates already completed and the plans moving forward, as we continue working to make the Lower Campus the best possible environment for our students and staff. Please submit feedback using this form.
