1. Marching Rehearsals, this week

• Mon-Fri, 7-8:30a

2. Sectionals/Masterclasses during class this week (NO PRIVATE LESSONS ON SECTIONAL DAYS)

• SYMPHONIC & WIND ENSEMBLE - Tuesdays Woodwinds / Wednesdays Brass
• Concert - Wednesday

3. Plano Band Restaurant Night @ Local Creamery, Tuesday

• Plano Band Staff will be the guest scoopers!

4. Percussion load equipment, Friday during 1st period

5. Football Game #5 AWAY vs Richardson HS, Friday @ Eagle-Mustang Stadium

• Uniform Rack Locations: Woodwinds in Practice Rm Hallway & Uniform Rm; Guard in Ens. Room; Brass & Perc. in Band Hall
• REQUIRED ATTIRE: Dri-fit shirt, grey band shorts, LONG GREY socks, marching shoes
• This week's FULL uniform: Cluster (Maroon shirt, 'P' lapel, shako)

• Halftime:

1. Repertoire for Planoettes: No Business (entrance), Speak Up Mambo (routine), Grandioso (exit)
2. From Ashes - Parts 1-3

• 4:30p: Load equipment
• 4:50p: Dinner on porch
• 5:20p: Change into uniform (no jacket) - NO JEWELRY / HAIR UP!!!!
• Carry shako box & garment bag (with jacket hung inside) to bus
• 5:35p: Uniform Inspection outside by buses
• 5:40p: Load Bus
• 6:00p: Arrive at Clark Stadium
• 6:20p: Exit bus in FULL uniform with all zippers zipped up (take shako in box with you) / unload
• Neatly stack cases & shako boxes by section in designated area / warm-up / go to stands
• 7:00p: Kickoff
• AFTER GAME (do this in this order!)

1. Unload Bus
2. Check-in uniform on your designated Uniform Rack
3. Get instrument from truck / store in locker or take home
4. NO CiCi's this week

6. Wylie Marching Invitational, Saturday

• Prelims performance time: 12:30pm
• Guaranteed finals performance that evening (Time TBD)
• Itinerary attached

1. Family Contribution Payment #1, PAST DUE

• $212.50 partial payment, or $425 payment in full

2. Band Spring Trip Deposit $90 - DUE upon registration

• Payment #2 - $113 - DUE Monday

1. WE, SYM - All-State Music Evaluation 1st 1/2 Etude #3 - DUE Sept 29/30 (6 Cumulative All-State Test = Semester 2 Chair Placement)

2. CON - Playing Test #2 - DUE Wed (6 Cumulative Tests = Semester 2 Chair Placement)

1. Marching Rehearsal, week of Sept 28

• Mon-Fri, 7-8:30a

2. Booster Meeting, Tuesday, Sept 29, 7:00 in PSHS Band Hall

• combined with Clark Band & Vines Band Boosters

3. Stadium Rehearsal, Sept 30 @ Clark Stadium

• 5:00-6:30p - transportation on your own!
• 6:30p - dinner served
• 6:50p - change into full uniform

4. Cluster Marching Exhibition, Sept 30, 7:15p

• Parents/Spectators may purchase a preordered meal here (No need to purchase a meal for your student. They will be fed by the boosters beforehand.)

5. No Football Game (Bye Week), Oct. 2

6. McKinney Marching Invitational, Oct 3

• Prelims performance time: 4:15pm

7. Marching rehearsals, week of October 5

• Mon-Fri 7:00-8:30a

8. Plano Jazz Performance @ the Plaza, Oct. 6, 6:30-8:30p

9. All-State Jazz Recording, Oct 7 5-8p @ PWSH

• qualifying students only

10. End of First Nine Weeks, October 9

11. Football Game #6 HOME vs. Coppell HS, Oct. 9, 7:00p @ Clark Stadium
