PTO Updates....
News from the PTO...
The Warren School PTO will be at the Warren School Open House this Thursday, Sept. 24 from 5-6 pm. Stop by our table to learn more about how to get involved this year and pick up a prize for completing your back to school scavenger hunt! Also, check out our bulletin board by the school cafeteria!
This weekend is also our Halloween Costume Swap and Warren Rummage Sale! It's not too late to drop off gently used Halloween costumes for the swap, or secure a table to sell your goods for our rummage sale. Come by and shop on Sunday, Sept. 27 from 8 am to 12 pm at the Warren School.
Also, the Harvest Dinner will be here soon on Thursday, Oct. 8. Please sign up to bring a food item to share here:

2026/27 Harwood Youth Basketball Registration is Open!
026/27 Harwood Youth Basketball Registration is Open!
Hi Everyone, Registration for Harwood Youth Basketball is now open through October 15th! Registering early helps us: We welcome all 1st-6th graders who want to have fun, stay active through the winter, and learn the game of basketball. Sign up here: Program Options & Pricing Fees help cover insurance, equipment, referees, and jerseys (which players keep). Scholarships are available. Just reach out to Nick Managan (nmanagan@gmail.com)! What to Expect Want to Coach? We're always looking for volunteers, primarily coaches, board members, and other support roles. To help ensure a safe environment for all participants, all coaches are required to complete a background check. You don't need to be an expert. Patience, enthusiasm, and availability go a long way. Many hands make light work and create a more fun season for everyone! If you have questions, please reach out: Brian Godfrey We're excited for another great season and hope to see you on the court! Consignment Registration is Open!
Consignors are required to pre-register items online to receive item tags; no unregistered or untagged merchandise will be accepted onsite. You can register online to consign at https://sale.waitsfieldpta.org/register.
- Consignment registration deadline: Monday, Nov. 9th at 11pm
- Consignment tag pick up: Wednesday, Nov. 11th -Friday, Nov. 13th at WES
- Pre-registered consignment drop off: Friday, Nov. 13th from 4pm to 7pm at WES
Volunteer for the Earliest Shopping Access!
Volunteers get first dibs! We need support from all families to make this a success! This is the school’s only fundraiser for the year, and all proceeds support educational and enrichment programs for students, including our Winter Ski & Ride Program, ECO, and field trips.
