Good morning, Cougar Families!

The Tomball High School Homecoming Parade was a huge success! We are incredibly proud of our 4th graders, who represented Creekside Forest Elementary with enthusiasm, school spirit, and outstanding Cougar pride.

A HUGE thank you to the Mixon family for generously sharing their time and talents to decorate and drive our parade float. We are so grateful for their hard work and dedication in helping make this event such a special experience for our students.

We would also like to thank Mr. Carbia for bringing extra excitement and school spirit by dressing up as our beloved Cougar, Cosmo. He was a crowd favorite!

Thank you to everyone who helped make this event a memorable celebration for our students and school community. We are proud to be CFES Cougars!

While in the cafeteria, visitors may eat with their child only at the designated visitor tables. Please remember that taking photos or videos that include other students is prohibited.

All lunch visitors must:

Bring and show a physical valid government ID or passport at the door before entering the building (photo copies or ID's on your phone will not be accepted)
Be listed as an emergency contact for the student they are visiting (unless they are escorted by the student's guardian).
If you need to add someone as an emergency contact in our system, please email Natascha Vogel, nataschavogel@tomballisd.net, along with a picture of your ID.

Attention 3rd and 4th Grade parents. It is time to start getting ready for the 2026-2027 CFES Spelling Bee. We will be having our 3rd and 4th grade level spelling bees on Friday, October 30th. If your child would like to participate in the grade level spelling bee, please fill out the Google Form before 4pm on Friday, October 16th to give your child permission to participate. During the week of October 19th, we will then provide your child a list of grade level words to begin studying to prepare for the grade level bee. The top 8 spellers from 3rd and 4th grade will move on to our campus spelling bee on Wednesday, November 18th and then the winner will represent CFES at the district spelling bee on January 15th.

Due to the number of students being dropped off for Morning Clubs and UIL, we ask that all drivers please pull forward all the way to the flagpole before unloading students. This allows students to unload from the flagpole all the way down to 4th grade doors at the same time and helps keep the car line moving efficiently.

Students should remain in their vehicles until staff members are stationed at the front door. Once staff are in place, students may exit cars and walk to the entrance.

For the safety of all students and to help maintain a smooth and efficient car line, please do not park and walk students across the crosswalk during drop-off.

Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us provide a safe and efficient arrival process for everyone!

WATCH D.O.G.S.® (Dads Of Great Students) is a family and community engagement educational initiative. There are 2 primary goals of the WATCH D.O.G.S. program: 1. To provide positive male role models for the students, demonstrating by their presence that education is important. 2. To provide extra sets of eyes and ears to enhance school security.

Remember to apply every year to volunteer for Watch D.O.G.S. on this link. It may take a couple of weeks to process. You will receive your schedule upon arrival!

We ask that dads sign up for one spot per year so all families have the opportunity to participate. Thank you for volunteering!

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR WATCH D.O.G.S. UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN CLEARED AFTER FILLING OUT THE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION.
