Principal Weekly Update to Families

Dear Jayhawk Elementary Families,

It’s hard to believe, but February is one of those months in the school year when everything seems to move quickly! Our students are continuing to work hard each day, staying focused on their academic goals, and making steady progress in their classrooms.

Teachers are also busy preparing for our upcoming Parent-Teacher Conferences in the next few weeks. We look forward to sharing updates on student growth and continuing our strong partnership with families.

As always, we will continue providing interventions and supports for students who may need a little extra help, ensuring every child has the opportunity to succeed. In addition, state assessments will be here sooner than we realize, and our classrooms are actively building the skills and confidence students need to do their very best.

• Thursday, March 12th - Parent Teacher Conferences 4 - 8 PM

• Friday, March 13th - No School Begin Spring Break
