H.L. Lubker Elementary

Dear H.L. Lubker Families,

This week is full of learning and growing at H.L. Lubker Elementary.

Monday is House Color Monday, so be sure your child wears their House colors and brings their Bulldog spirit. Our PAWS Meeting will also be held Monday evening at 6:00 PM in the elementary cafeteria. We would love for you to join us and get involved in your child’s school.

Tuesday night is our 5th Grade Parent Meeting to share information about this year’s camp experience. We are excited to announce that our 5th graders will attend 4-H Camp this year. It is an affordable, one-night stay right here in our home state, and we cannot wait to tell you more about it on Tuesday night.

Looking ahead, Red Ribbon Week is next week. Start planning your dress-up days now because our students always enjoy this special week.

Finally, please mark your calendars for November 6 for our House Family Night Event. More details will be shared soon.

Thank you for your continued support and involvement. Together, we are making this a great year for our Bulldogs.

Pumpkins With a Purpose

This October, the Houses of H.L. Lubker Elementary and Bald Knob Middle School are coming together for one big challenge: Pumpkins With a Purpose!

We are encouraging every student to complete one intentional act this month. It can be an act of:
Giving
Service
Courage
Excellence

When their act is complete, students will write it on a paper pumpkin and add it to their House’s section of the Pumpkin Patch. Together, we’ll watch our pumpkins grow into a powerful display of kindness and character!

Big Bulldogs and Little Bulldogs alike will see that our Houses are more than colors—they unite us and bring out the best in each other.

Families, we’d love for you to celebrate with us! When your child completes their act at home, snap a photo and share it on our Facebook post in the comments so we can cheer them on.

Don't forget to scan your receipts OR link your Wal-Mart account to your Box Top account. Choose what school and what grade to award your Box Tops to. We would love for you to support our school!
