Vaccine Requirements for PreK-12

Are Your Student's Vaccines Up-To-Date?

Attention Parents and Caregivers! This is a reminder that required immunizations are an important part of protecting themselves and others from diseases.

If your student is not up-to-date, don't wait! Please make an appointment with a physician, community health center, or the local health department to have your child vaccinated. We want your student to be happy, healthy, and ready for success as we enter the new school year.

The required vaccinations must be completed and on file at the school before your student can attend school this coming school year. The best time to get these done is now!
