Next Two Weeks

Dear Parkwood Upjohn Families,

We are grateful for each of you and the many ways you support our students and school community. Your partnership makes a real difference every day — thank you for all you do!

Celebrations from the Week

  • Hearing & Vision Screenings — Successfully completed last week!

    • Hearing screenings were completed for Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 4th grade students.
    • Vision screenings were completed for 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 9th grade students.
    • Families will be notified by the Hearing and Vision Office only if a student does not pass the screening. If you have questions, here is a FAQ link.
  • Heartfelt thanks to our volunteers and family supporters

    • We are grateful for parents, grandparents, guardians, and extended family members who volunteer and support our Panther community. Your time and care strengthen our school every day.
    • Ways to help and current needs:
      • Volunteers supporting STEAM night setup
      • Traffic safety support at arrival and dismissal — your help has made arrival and dismissal much safer for our children. If you’d like to assist, please sign up using the traffic safety volunteer link.
      • Popcorn volunteers — thank you! With the full KPS calendar now set through the end of the year, we’ve adjusted popcorn dates. January 23rd was moved to January 30th, and March 20th was moved to March 13th. Here is the sign up link if you need to review: Popcorn Sign Up Link.
