Emotional Regulation
2026/2027

Self-regulation is a crucial skill that benefits individuals of all ages, including both children and adults. It is the ability to understand and manage one’s emotions, thoughts and behaviors effectively in various situations. Mastering self-regulation can facilitate learning, lead to improved executive functioning skills, and better relationships.
Effective self-regulation comprises multiple components, each playing a vital role in how individuals respond to challenges and interact with others. This training offers a comprehensive overview of several key aspects, including emotional regulation, co-regulation, and the regulatory processes specific to adults.
