Form for fifth, eighth grade students affected by attendance boundary changes
Due Dec. 22
Students impacted by upcoming attendance boundary changes who will be in grades five or eight next school year have the option to remain in their current school for the 2026-27 school year if they so choose. Transportation, however, will be the responsibility of parents/caregivers.
All families with 2026-27 fifth or eighth graders will need to fill out the Remain in Place selection form via ParentVUE by Monday, Dec. 22, letting the district know whether your family plans to use this option for your 2026-27 fifth or eighth grader.
Note, this is only applicable to students who will be in fifth or eighth grade in 2026-27 – not siblings of this student population. Step-by-step directions on how to fill out the form in ParentVUE are available via osseoschools.org/RemainInPlace. If you haven’t previously accessed ParentVUE, please first start with the ParentVUE directions via osseoschools.org/ParentVUE.

This FAQ document outlines our district’s immigration-related procedures.
The Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota (ILCM) offers helpful legal and community support.
