GT Training

All Elementary Core Teachers, Middle School Core Teachers, and High School Advanced or IB teachers are required to complete the initial 30-hour GT training, along with the annual 6-hour update. The updates must be completed and certificates uploaded by August 28th.

Teachers, please remember any 6 hour traing through Region 10 has to be completed after June 1st. In order to receive credit for the 2026–2027 update, they must wait until their new contract begins.

GT Foundations

The 30-Hour GT Foundations Parts 1 & 2 are to be completed in person, through your district or through Region 10. They do not have to be completed in two consecutive days or in sequential order. GT Foundations Parts 3-5 are online in MyPro.

6-Hour Update:

You can use on-demand "Pick 6" courses through MyPro to round out a full hour 6-hour update combined with a 3-hour in-person session. Or, you can complete enough of the Pick 6 courses to earn all 6 hours. You can only take each Pick 6 course one time.
