Cole Manor Car Rider Guidelines

Dear Cole Manor Families,

Thank you for working with us to make safety the number one priority at Cole Manor! Below are several important reminders about the car line at drop off and dismissal. Please review the protocols and adhere to these guidelines when pick up or dropping off your child. Thank you

AM Drop off

• Cars may enter the lot after 8:45 AM. No cars may enter prior to this as it creates a traffic jam.
• Students must remain in their cars until the teacher on duty greets them and is ready to escort them.
• Families should pull all the way up at the line to allow for other cars to move up.
• No horn blowing
• Parents may not park their cars across the street and walk up to bring / pick up students. Please remain in the car line and drive through for pick up. Walking across the lot creates an unsafe situation.

PM Pick up

• Cars may enter the car lot after 3:15 for PM pick up.
• Students may not be signed out after 3:00 PM unless it is an emergency.
• Students dismiss at 3:25 and will exit the All Purpose Room. A staff member will bring students to their car as they pull up.
• Cars must stay in the car line
• No car may pass another car.
• Parents may not park their cars across the street and walk up to bring / pick up students. Please remain in the car line and drive through for pick up. Walking across the lot creates an unsafe situation.
