October 29–November 3: Fall Break — Chautauqua will not be in session during Fall Break.

Please mark your calendars and make arrangements for childcare as needed. Thank you for helping us plan ahead and keep our program running smoothly!

Late Arrivals

Just a reminder that the Chautauqua Program closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. A $2.00 per-minute late fee will be charged for any student picked up after 6:00 p.m.

We understand that unexpected situations such as traffic, weather, or other circumstances can sometimes cause delays. However, we ask that families have an alternate pick-up plan or authorized person available when needed to help ensure students are picked up on time.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to ensure our staff are able to end their workday on time.

If your child will be absent from aftercare, please contact a member of the Chautauqua Office to let us know.

Our staff is responsible for knowing where each and every student is each day. When we know in advance that your child will not be attending, it helps us keep accurate attendance records and saves our staff from having to contact you in the afternoon to confirm your child’s whereabouts.

We appreciate your help in keeping us informed and helping our staff ensure the safety of all students.
