Springdale Schools features annual faculty meeting

Springdale Public Schools' staff explored the wonders of education Aug. 8 at the district's annual faculty meeting at the Springdale High School performing arts center.

The Mr. Rogers-themed event inspired and informed staff as they prepare to welcome students back to the classroom on Aug. 12 for the 2024-25 school year.

The event featured remarks from Jacob Oliva, Arkansas Department of Education secretary, Dr. Jared Cleveland, Springdale Pubic Schools superintendent, and Nick Emerson, Springdale School Board president, performances by the Superintendent's Band, student emcees and a presentation of the colors by Future Farmers of America students!
