👩‍⚕️ Nurse’s Nook Reminders 🩺

👁️ Kindergarten Families:
Reminder: All current kindergarten students are required to submit their completed eye exam paperwork. The deadline is quickly approaching, so please be sure to turn in all required forms as soon as possible!

📋 5th Grade Families:
All 5th grade students are required to have an updated physical exam and vaccinations before entering 6th grade. We encourage you to call and schedule your appointment now to avoid the summer rush—it's not too early to get this taken care of!

📬 If your child has already completed their 6th grade physical and vaccinations, please feel free to send the documentation to Nurse Kari at Whitehead so we can update health records in advance.

Thank you for helping keep our students healthy and ready to learn! 💙

Just a friendly reminder:

Please remember, to drive safely in the morning and afternoon during drop off and pick up! Our students' and staffs' safety is our number one priority!
