A Message from the Principal
🐯 Final 4½ Days of the Semester!
We’re down to the last 4½ days of the semester, and we want to give a big shout-out to all the students who have stayed on top of their work all semester long! Your consistency and effort truly pay off.
If your student still has missing assignments, this is the final week to turn them in and bring grades up. Remember — quality matters. Turning in thoughtful, complete work will help grades far more than rushing to submit unfinished papers. Encourage your student to take their time and put real effort into what they’re turning in.
📌 All assignments are due to teachers by the end of the day on Thursday, December 18th.
To support students in finishing strong, ASAP is available Monday–Thursday this week until 4:30 PM. This is a great opportunity to get help, stay focused, and complete the remaining work before the deadline.
Let’s finish the semester strong, Tigers! 🐯💪
🧥 Lost & Found Clean-Out: Rescue Mission of the Week!
Our Lost & Found (and the locker rooms!) are overflowing with lonely hoodies, water bottles, and socks that desperately want to be reunited with their owners. Some of these items have been here so long, they’re practically applying for residency. 😅
Please have your student stop by THIS WEEK to claim their belongings.
Anything still hanging out on Friday will be donated to a new, loving home where someone might actually remember them.
Help us help these poor abandoned items — they miss you! 🧤🧦💛
God's Storehouse Donations
Thank you to all who purchased Candy Grams last week! We raised $449 to donate to God's Storehouse!
In November, when the staff paid $5 each Friday to wear sweats, and the students could donate $1 to wear a hat, we were able to raise $319, which gives us a total of $768 to donate to God's Storehouse from the middle school, plus all the canned food everyone brought in!
Thank you all for helping us out and giving back to our community!
News from the Nurse
Here are a few reminders as we wrap up the last week before Christmas break! Please remind your kiddos to bring a water bottle... and take it home to wash. Staying hydrated will help with coughs, congestion, sore throats, headaches, and more! Turn off electronics at least an hour before bed. Middle school children need 9-12 hours of sleep to feel rested and ready to start their day. Let's do what we can to stay healthy! Lots of illnesses are going around. If your child is fighting off germs, remember, we cannot medicate for symptoms of illness. We are starting to see positive flu, and we don't want to spread it. Keep your child home if they have the flu! Thank you for helping your child make healthy choices, so we can all enjoy the holiday break healthy and happy!
