We want to take a moment to thank you for being a part of our EVCS community and allowing your student to grow with us. We would like to share the joy of EVCS to more members of our community and you can play a big part in that effort. Please take a moment to write a parent review of the things you’re seeing at your EVCS campus. As you’ll see, we’re lacking in parent representation online and would love to have the voices of our parents be the first thing that our visitors see. If you have the time, please take the time. It would make a world of difference.

It takes a village!

* Dismissal will begin at 12:05pm for pick-ups and bus riders will be dismissed beginning at 12:30pm.

* Please keep in mind that we will have many more cars in our pick-up line due to the half-day. Be sure to update SDM as soon as possible with any transportation changes.

* There is no afterschool program for Hertel students.

Poinsettia and Wreath Sale Pick-up is on Thursday, 11/30 from 12-6:30pm at our Hertel Campus.

• If this is your child's picture retake and a picture package was purchased, please return the picture to the school. Inter-State Studios will collect them on picture day.
• Any student not signed up for retakes or make up pictures may still have their picture taken on this day.
• Any student who is on the “do not photograph” list can have their picture taken on this day.
• This date is the last photo opportunity offered to EVCS for inclusion in the yearbook.

Picture Retake

• Students will be dismissed according to what is listed in SDM - any changes to dismissal should be entered prior to 2 pm.
• For assistance with School Dismissal Manager (SDM), contact your campus transportation coordinator, we are happy to help you learn to use the system. Reach out Meriah Millner (Days Park) or NaShomi Shaffer (Hertel).
