Dear Little School Families,

We are so excited for all the fun ahead over the next two weeks! The Book Fair, Trunk or Treat, and Halloween celebrations are right around the corner, and our students are already buzzing with excitement. Thank you in advance to all the families and volunteers helping make these special events happen — they’re such a wonderful part of our school community.

In addition to all the upcoming excitement, there is incredible learning happening every day in our classrooms. We have already seen our students grow in so many ways since the start of the year. It’s inspiring to watch their confidence and curiosity continue to blossom.

On a more serious note, we want to remind everyone to please slow down on Oakland Road. We’ve received concerns from neighbors about speeding and distracted driving near areas where children walk to school. The NRPD has been notified and reminds us that the speed limit in a school zone is 20 MPH. Taking an extra minute or two to drive carefully keeps everyone safe — and that’s worth every moment.
