Dear Trail Blazer Community
HOSA Semi-Annual Blood Drive
Our semi-annual blood drive will be happening Wednesday, October 22nd. Each donor will have the opportunity to donate one pint of blood which can save up to three lives, whether it be patients of nearby hospitals or victims of unfortunate disasters. Community members, teachers, and students are able to donate. Seniors who donate twice in their senior year (or have an adult donate for them) are eligible for an honor cord from Carter Blood Care.
Must be at least 16 years old to give blood. Students under the age of 17 require parental consent.

Student Spotlight
The Scooter’s Coffee Frisco Bowl college football bowl game recognized senior Landon Bennett for his leadership and school spirit and support for our Lebanon Trail HS football program. Landon shows up to every game and is front and center cheering for our team and encouraging his peers to do the same. His junior year, Landon along with three of his peers served as a flag runner, running the LTHS flags whenever we scored a touchdown.
Scooter's Coffee presented Landon with their Frisco Bowl “Team Behind the Team” Award during last week’s game against the Heritage Coyotes. Along with this recognition, Town & Country Roofing presented Landon with a college scholarship of $1,000. See more about this recognition on the social media platforms below.
Congratulations to Trail Blazer Band and Color Guard for delivering another outstanding performance of “The Rite of Spring" at the UIL Region 24 Marching Contest at Little Elm stadium and for earning unanimous First Division (superior) ratings & advancing to Area!
It was a thrilling morning of competition for our LTHS Cross Country Team at the Region 2A Meet!
🔥 Drew Malan blazed the trail to victory, finishing 1st overall at Regionals and qualifying for the State Tournament—crossing the line a full 10 seconds ahead of his closest competitor! We will be giving Drew, our lone STATE Qualifier, a Trail Blazer Send-Off, next week Thursday at 9:05 and cheering him all the way as he fights for the STATE title.
💚 On the girls’ side, Brynne Suckey and Anika Vaidya both finished in the Top 50, leading the Girls’ Team to an impressive 16th-place finish among a highly competitive field. This incredible showing reflects months of early mornings, long runs, and unstoppable determination. Congratulations, Trail Blazers—your hard work truly pays off!
A huge thank you to STUCO for their incredible work organizing a successful fundraiser and pep rally to support breast cancer awareness and research. From the custom pink-out shirts to the hilarious "Pie a Teacher" contest and taping Mr. Kaikai to the wall, your innovative efforts raised significant funds for this important cause. We are extremely proud of the empathy and leadership you demonstrate to the entire student body.
A massive congratulations to Trail Blazer Football for their thrilling 35-28 victory against the Heritage Coyotes! This is the first time in LT history where the Trail Blazers have won against the Coyotes. Under the Friday night lights, the team displayed incredible resilience and grit. Congratulations to Trail Blazer Tennis on an extremely competitive season in the toughest 5A District! The Trail Blazers finished the season strong, with their only 5A losses coming against the two-time defending champions.
