REUTHER ATHLETICS
WINTER ONE ATHLETICS
Good afternoon!
A reminder that Winter One Sports tryouts are next week. There are MANY students who have not yet turned in the 2-page MHSAA physical form into their Final Forms account. The physical exam must be dated 4/16/26 or later in order to be valid for the 26-27 school year.
If you do NOT have a physical on file then you will not be allowed to participate in tryouts per MHSAA state rules.
If you are not sure if you have turned in a physical then please contact Mr. Klak and Mr. Peklo and they will tell you.
Here is the link for the 2-page MHSAA physical form...
Page 1: Family filles out Medical History and doctor fills out, dates, and signs exam.
Page 2: Family information box and multiple signatures/dates.
Scan BOTH pages into your Final Forms account as soon as possible.

POLICIES
Late Arrivals / Early Dismissals
Parents do not need to come into the school to sign in/out your student (s) if they will arrive late to school in the morning or leave early.
Students will check-in/out through the main office using our new automated
attendance system. THIS DOES NOT EXCUSE A LATE ARRIVAL/EARLY DISMISSAL.
Parents STILL NEED TO CALL THE ATTENDANCE LINE IF YOUR STUDENT WILL BE
ARRIVING LATE FOR SCHOOL OR LEAVING EARLY.
If a student is leaving early they will remain in the front office until you pull your car to the
front of the main entrance.
Please call the attendance line and leave a detailed message as early as possible, if you are
dropping off your student(s) late to school or picking them up early within the school day. We suggest that you call as early as possible. Many telephone calls come in between 7:00 and 7:45 a.m.
· Partial day absence attendance line 248-726-4710 option #1.
· Full-day absence attendance line 248-726-4710 option #2.
We appreciate your partnership as we streamline this process. If you need immediate assistance for unplanned early dismissals please call the main office line at 248-726-4700.
Dropping Off Forgotten Items for Your Student
Forgotten student items (Chromebook, backpack, lunch, etc) may be left on the table inside the vestibule. Please use the post it notes to label the item with your student’s name.
It is not necessary to ring the bell. Our office staff checks the table regularly and brings items into the main office for students to pick up during passing time. Students with items to pick up will see their names on the TV monitors in our hallways and are always welcome to check for items in between classes.
*If you have medical forms or money please ring the buzzer to have staff come and collect those items immediately.
