At HEMS, we look at the criteria for students to be successful and those are: the ABCs. Our Attendance, Behavior, and Classwork is what sets HEMS apart for the other middle schools in Cabell County. We have high expectations for each of our students to be successful in and out of the classroom.

• 12th - Cabell County Girls and Boys Basketball Championship @ Milton Middle
• 16th - Midterms and Data Sheets sent home with Students
• 18th - Make Up Picture Day
• 21st - HEMS Cheer Competition @ HEMS
• 24th - Golden Horseshoe Essay Test

The last week of August, any student who attended for all 5 days were awarded 5 PBIS Points on Friday to spend in the PBIS Store

🧪 HSTA is a fantastic opportunity for students who meet certain criteria and have an interest in health or STEM-related fields.
