All Frisco ISD schools and offices will be closed on Monday, September 2 in observance of Labor Day. Enjoy the long weekend!

Student photos can be previewed and ordered online by visiting www.soimagesphoto.com. Go to the "Clients/Galleries" tab and enter your student's ID number.

Orders placed by Monday, September 2 can be shipped to Reedy High School. After Tuesday, September 3, photos must be picked up at Southern Images' Plano studio or shipped for a fee. Orders placed after September 3 are also subject to a price increase.

Students, if you'd like to start a club at Reedy High School, please drop by the AP Office (Room A115) to pick up an application or print off a copy HERE. Please return the form to your sponsor by Tuesday, September 11.

NOTE: If you started a club last school year, you must submit a NEW application for the 2019-20 school year.

A Club Fair will be held on Wednesday, September 18 and Thursday, September 19. A list of clubs and organizations will be made available in the coming weeks.

SENIORS & SENIOR PARENTS:

If you'd like to be informed about Class of 2020 activities and/or donate to the Reedy Senior Parent Booster Club, please follow reedyseniorclass.org. The Reedy Senior Parent Booster Club is a 501(c)3 organization that raises money for activities for the Class of 2020.

You may also visit the Senior Information and Senior Parents pages under the "Resources" tab on the RHS website. Be sure to check frequently for updates!

The Reedy Senior Parent Booster Club is busy planning activities for our Senior students! The first event will be the SUNRISE BREAKFAST:

TIME: 8:00 - 9:00 AM
PLACE: Outside Courtyard (between B Hall & Gym) *If raining, Cafeteria

Senior families will be providing food and drinks for all Seniors. We will also be selling and passing out previously-purchased Senior t-shirts. If you are interested in helping out at this event, please click on the SignUpGenius Link.

Beginning Tuesday, September 3, parking permit enforcement will be strictly enforced throughout the school day on a daily basis.

HOW TO OBTAIN A PARKING PERMIT:

• Print out & complete the RHS PARKING PERMIT FORM

• Visit OnlineSchoolFees.com to make payment & print proof of purchase

• Students must bring the following to Mrs. Witkowski (Room A209):
  

  - Proof of purchase
  - Completed parking permit form
  - Copy of current auto insurance
  - Copy of driver's license

  
  

PARKING RULES:

• Students may not park in "Visitor" parking spaces, bus lanes, red fire lanes, loading zones, or any other non-student designated areas.
• The 10 MPH speed limit must be observed at all times.
  
• Permits cannot be loaned out or transferred to a non-approved vehicle.

If you ordered a Varsity Football season ticket booklet, please pick up your booklet in the Main Office as soon as possible. If your student picks up the booklet, they will be required to show identification.

If you have not previously signed in at Reedy HS with your driver's license for a visitor badge, please arrive early. You are also welcome to stop by the Main Office before the date of the event to get your identification into the system in order to speed up the sign-in process.

If you are unable to attend, the presentation will be posted to the RHS Counselor section of the RHS website by September 18.

Frisco ISD now uses SchoolCafe for online student meal account prepayments. Remaining cafeteria balances in the former system, MyPaymentsPlus, will be automatically transferred to School Café.

Once you set up an account, you can use SchoolCafe to:

• Make payments (NO FEE with electronic check option)
• Set purchase restrictions
• View purchases
• Set up autopay
• Get low balance alerts
• View menus/price lists

Frisco ISD now utilizes OnlineSchoolFees to accept payments for various school programs, courses and activities.

OnlineSchoolFees provides:

• Available 24/7 on the web or mobile device
• Make payments for all your students with one account
• Select the fees & activities for your students
• Make payments using electronic checks or credit/debit cards

Creating an account is simple!

1. Go to www.OnlineSchoolFees.com & register
2. Add your student(s) using their 6-digit FISD student ID, last name & school
3. Select your fees & activities, add them to your cart and checkout

Payments via electronic check are free. Please note there is a 3.5% processing fee for credit/debit cards.

Students, be sure to set up your FISD student email on your mobile device so you can receive Reedy's weekly newsletter (The Lions' Roar), including emails from your counselors and teachers. You may also download and set up your student email on Google's Gmail app.

HAC/Home Access Codes (and log in information to other district programs) will be sent to the primary student contact on either September 5th or 6th from FISD's Central Office via School Messenger.

TICKETS: The deadline to purchase tickets online at OnlineSchoolFees.com is Wednesday, September 11. There is no fee if the electronic check option is used. After September 11, you must purchase tickets at the door (cash only). Tickets purchased at the door will increase to $50 per person.

NON-RHS STUDENT GUEST FORM: If you plan to bring a guest who is not a Reedy student, you must submit a guest form to Mrs. Walkiewicz in the AP Office by Wednesday, September 11 (see link to guest form below). You may also pick up a form at Mrs. Walkiewicz's desk. Be sure to purchase a separate ticket for your guest.
