ELEMENTARY INFORMATION
A Message from Mr. Anderson
Dear Eagle Families,
It’s almost time! Our Eagles are back!
Walking through our halls yesterday during Meet the Teacher, I was reminded of what makes ALA special. Classrooms were full of excitement, teachers were ready, parents were connecting, and our students were once again filling the building with the energy that makes this place feel like home.
This Monday, August 17, our 1st–6th grade students officially return to school!
Our KG students will start the following Monday, August 24th.
And we could not be more excited.
Our teachers and staff have been working hard to prepare—not just their classrooms, but the kind of environment where students feel known, supported, challenged, and excited to learn. We want our students to walk through our doors each morning knowing that they belong here.
That is what we are building at ALA.
We believe education is about more than academics. We want to help develop students who are respectful, responsible, confident, and prepared to make a difference.
Our **RISE UP values—Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, Unity, and Patriotism—**are not just words on a wall. They are the foundation for the culture we are working to build together.
And we know we cannot do that alone. We need you parents every step of the way.
We believe the best schools are built when families and educators work together. When you communicate with us, support your child, celebrate their growth, and trust us to partner with you, our students benefit. We are grateful you have chosen to be part of our Eagle family.
A huge shout-out to our teachers and staff for the countless hours they have put into preparing for this upcoming year. They have worked hard to make sure our students come back to classrooms that are ready, welcoming, and full of opportunity.
We also appreciate your patience with the construction near our front entrance yesterday. While it may have caused some temporary inconvenience, these improvements will strengthen our safety and security systems and are an important investment in our school.
