Grandparents Day Lunch

On September 10th we will have PK, 1, 3, and 5th grades and on September 11th we will have K, 2, and 4th grades. Please see the flyer below for the altered lunch schedule. We will also be hosting our Scholastic Book Fair! We will allow grandparents to take their families into the library to shop if they would like. If your grandparent is going to check out your student after lunch, please be sure it is done so with the classroom teacher and that they are on the "right to transport" list in Parent Portal.
Have a great upcoming week and remember,
We are Fuller, We are Family!
Thank you,

Aubrey ISD bus provider, Durham School Services, has a new mobile app for families: BusZone. BusZone allows user-friendly bus tracking for parents, ensuring greater peace of mind and efficiency for everyone.
This replaces the Bus Tracker app. BusZone has enhanced features that allow parents/guardians to safely and securely check on their student’s school bus and receive updates.
To set up BusZone:
Download the BusZone app from the App Store or Google Play.
Enter the School Access Code: 3107AISD
In the search field, enter the bus or route number you want to follow.
Complete this step for all the buses your students ride throughout the week.
Enter your child’s unique student ID. This is the same ID you use in ParentPortal.
Create “alert zones” around drop-off and pick-up points.
When your child’s bus enters an alert zone, you will receive a notification by email or text.
Visit the BusZone website to read or download a guide for parents/guardians. Aubrey ISD is not responsible for the functions or content of BusZone. Please email buszone3107@nellc.com if you have questions about the BusZone app.
Families are encouraged to remove the previous Durham Bus Tracker app as it no longer displays active information.

Attendance
Please remember our campus goal is a 95% attendance rate. We want to see every child, every day.
Absences and excuse notifications should be sent to sharrison@aubreyisd.net OR alaster@aubreyisd.net
Good attendance is important for many reasons. Your child receives the maximum benefit of education by being in school every day, and numerous studies show a strong link between academic performance and consistent attendance.
A compulsory attendance notification will be sent to the parent if a student has unexcused absences on 10 or more days or parts of days within a six-month period or three days or parts of days during a four-week period. Notice it says “parts of days.” This means that leaving school early, or arriving excessively late in the day, even if the child attended for some of the day, may count as an absence.
In the state of Texas, Pre-K is not required, however, once you enroll your student in school, all attendance laws apply.
For attendance questions:
PEIMS Clerk: Shea Harrison sharrison@aubreyisd.net
Attendance Administrator: Anverly Laster alaster@aubreyisd.net
