Forgetful Friday

Please remember to take care of the following items:

• Yearbooks went home this week, if you'd still like to order you can by May 22nd for pick up at Meet the Teacher Night
• Bring in missing library books or payment to cover the purchase of a replacement book
• Pay of lunch account - Over payment will roll over into lunch account for next year!
• Check or cash turned in to front office
• Amount due can be charged to incidentals in FACTS (if set up)
• Check lost and found
• Items will be donated on May 22nd
• Medicine will go home on May 21st (last school day)
• Summer Band sign up form is now available! (attached to this week's email)

• 5/19 - Field Day
• 5/19 - 6th & 7th Grade Parent Meeting for Washington DC Trip @ 7 pm (Parish Center)
• Meeting will include information about the trip including a probable itinerary, cost, payment options, and time to answer any questions. DC Trip will take place during spring break 2027.
• 5/21 - Last Day of School
• All School Mass @ 8:30 am (Cathedral)
• Dismissal @ 12 pm
• 7/10 - Hydrant Party @ 1:30 pm

Miss the Yearbook Deadline? No worries! You can still capture this year’s memories! We’ve extended the window just for you. To guarantee your copy is ready for pickup in August, please submit your form and payment by Friday, May 22nd!

• Drop-off: Please turn in your payment along with your order form to the front office or send to school with your child to turn in.

• Future School Board Member - Please complete this Interest Form to share your desire to become part of the St. Cecilia Cathedral School Board of Education!
• Sign Up to Help Serve @ St. Stephen Center! TWO openings this Saturday. Volunteer from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm serving up plates and cups for the residents at St. Stephen Center.
• Volunteers ages 8-10 can be in the dining hall helping with drinks, being the meal counter and greeter, helping bus tables and wiping tables down between meal times.
• Volunteers ages 10-15 can help serve in the kitchen.
• All volunteers under age 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Lunch Helper
• Join us in the cafeteria for a couple hours to serve students & have fun! Help on Monday and/or Tuesday is greatly needed & appreciated right now. 🍕
• Art Room Helper
• Help our younger grade levels with completing creative projects at various times throughout the week! 🎨
• Cross Walk Patrol
• Please choose a day and shift below to signup to volunteer as crossing guard. When you arrive, please buzz into the school office and we will provide a stop sign and vest.

Volleyball Registration is open - CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP! The sooner our registrations are complete - the better we can get information back to teams! Fall 2026 Soccer Registration is now open - CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP! Students who will be in grades 1-8 in the fall are welcome to register. This registration will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.
